High Efficiency Condensing Technology

The T-H3-DV-N features the latest in water heating condensing technology. This means that the unit can deliver some of the highest efficiency standards on the market, keeping dollars in your pocket.

Ultra-Low NOx Emissions

The T-H3-DV-N is designed to qualify for the most stringent Low NOx standards. This includes SCAQMD standards and other air quality management districts meant to limit pollution in the southwest United States.

Dual Heat Exchangers

The primary exchanger is made of commercial-grade HRS35 copper, designed to be more resilient against corrosion. The backup is made of stainless steel, also designed to protect against corrosion.

Multiple Safety Features

T-H3 models come with a long list of safety features standard. These include: an air-fuel ratio sensor, exhaust and water temperature safety controls, an overheat cut-off fuse, and an internal freeze protection system.

Installation and Control Options

The T-H3 models come with an Easy-Link feature allowing up to four units to be connected without any additional parts or accessories. All T-H3-DV units also come with a built-in temperature control and advanced diagnostics to simplify troubleshooting.
