Wi-Fi Enabled

The LA150HYV2 includes a Wi-Fi module, enabling the control of your LG air conditioner with smart enabled devices. Simply plug in the included module in your indoor unit and download the SmartThinQ® app on your smart device to get started.

Inverter Technology

LG's ductless heat pump systems are designed with powerful, efficient inverter technology. An electronic expansion valve and a variable speed condenser compressor regulate the refrigerant flow, reducing energy consumption.

Gold Fin Protection

To ensure the reliability and longevity of the LAU150HYV2's heat exchanger, LG employs a Gold Fin coating that prevents corrosion and improves durability.

LGRED° Heat Technology

Low or negative ambient temperatures won't slow this system down. LGRED° Heat technology boasts 100% heating capacity down to 5°F and continuous heating operation down to -13°F.

Self-Cleaning Coil

The LAN150HYV2 indoor unit features a self-cleaning heat exchanger coil that automatically removes dirt and moisture. This helps to prevent unpleasant odors and to combat the formation of mold.

Jet Temperature Control

Getting your zones comfortable quickly is no problem with this system thanks to the Jet Heat and Jet Cool modes. With the press of a button, your system will temporarily adjust the set point and fan speed to provide rapid heating or cooling.

Sleep Mode

With the sleep mode and timer functions, you can set the indoor units to save energy at night. Sleep mode will incrementally adjust temperature for an hour before the timer function automatically deactivates the unit.

Dehumidify

LG's mini split indoor units include a dehumidifying operation mode. In this mode, the unit's internal sensors monitor temperature and modify the set point and fan speed to remove moisture from the air.

Swing Mode

The unit will rotate through all four air flow directions to ensure consistent comfort in every corner of your room.

Chaos Wind Feature

The indoor unit cycles both air flow direction and fan speed, you can enjoy a natural circulation pattern in the comfort of your home.

Base Pan Heater Included

Avoid damage to your outdoor condenser by using the included base an heater. It prevents ice build up when operating in heating mode in very low temperatures.

LG products include a 10-year warranty with the requirement that installation is completed by a licensed contractor and that the product is registered at https://lg-dfs-warranty.com/ within 60 days of installation. All Mini Split Systems require one Primary Mini Split Installation Kit. You may also require one or more Secondary Installation Kits if you have a Multi-Zone system. You will need a Secondary Installation Kit for each additional indoor unit.
