Integrated Base Pan Heater
Base pan heaters come factory installed on all LGRED° outdoor condensers in order to mitigate the risk of damage caused by freezing condensate.
Inverter Technology
LG's inverter technology features an electronic expansion valve and a variable speed compressor that carefully regulates refrigerant flow, reducing energy consumption and providing consistent, accurate temperatures without overshooting or short-cycling.
Gold Fin Protection
To ensure the reliability and longevity of the LMU300HHV's heat exchanger, LG employs a Gold Fin coating that prevents corrosion and improves durability.
Quiet Design
Thanks to a brushless direct current fan motor, both the outdoor and indoor units in this system produce less mechanical and electrical noise, allowing them to provide comfort that doesn't disrupt your home.
Air Flow Options
This unit gives you two options for automating air flow. In swing mode, the unit will rotate through all four air flow directions. With the Chaos Wind feature, the unit cycles both air flow direction and fan speed.
Self-Cleaning Coil
These wall mount units feature a self-cleaning heat exchanger coil that automatically removes dirt and moisture. This helps to prevent unpleasant odors and to combat the formation of mold.
Jet Temperature Control
Getting your zone comfortable quickly is no problem thanks to the Jet Heat and Jet Cool modes. With the press of a button, your system will temporarily adjust the set point and fan speed to provide rapid heating or cooling.
Automated Operation
Auto operation mode continually compares your zone's current and desired temperatures and uses that data to intelligently adjust the unit's fan speed and refrigerant flow to provide optimal comfort.
Sleep Mode
With the sleep mode and timer functions, you can set this indoor unit to save energy at night. Sleep mode will incrementally adjust temperature for an hour before the timer function automatically deactivates the unit.
Dehumidify
LG's multi-zone indoor units include a dehumidifying operation mode. In this mode, the unit's internal sensors monitor temperature and modify the set point and fan speed to remove moisture from the air.
Improved Air Quality
The LG low wall console units use a dual filtration system to keep your air clean. A washable filter is backed up by a plasma filtration system that can attract and capture microscopic irritants for pristine air quality.
Hot Start
When the hot start function is enabled, the outdoor unit's fan will not engage until the outdoor condenser has had the opportunity to warm the indoor coil. This prevents the unit from blowing cold air during heating operations.
