The IFS01BF-1 is a brass Taco paddle-type flow switch. When installed in your hydronic system, a Taco industrial flow switch will monitor flow rate and activate or deactivate any connected equipment if the flow rate drops to a specific, user-defined level. Flow switches are commonly used as a failsafe to shutdown equipment in low flow situations. The IFS01BF-1 is also useful for managing the operation of supplementary equipment that is used only in specific flow situations. Durable components make Taco's industrial flow switches an attractive option no matter your application. Taco uses corrosion-resistant stainless steel for the paddles, trip stem, and enclosure of the IFS01BF-1. In place of a typical mechanical bellows, Taco's industrial flow switches use an EPDM seal.
