The DHD8MA is a waterproofing membrane for your DITRA-HEAT-TB system. A polypropylene composition protects the substrate from moisture penetration, keeping your system dry and operational. This product is a sheet of the membrane, covering 8.6 square feet.

  • The built in thermal break helps to reduce heat loss and improves floor warming time, especially over concrete floors.
  • Tile Uncoupling Functionality
  • Schluter-DITRA-HEAT-TB membranes carry over all the functionality of Schluter-DITRA uncoupling membranes. The membrane functions as a flexible layer between your tile and the rigid subfloor, reducing tile breakage and eliminating grout problems.
  • Moisture Protection
  • The polypropylene composition protects the system from moisture penetration, which is crucial in maintaining your DITRA-HEAT system.
  • Vapor Management
  • The free space on the bottom of the membrane allows excess moisture and vapors to escape, which would otherwise damage the system.
