This diaphragm-type tank accepts expanded water caused by thermal expansion, then returns the water back into your system when hot water is used. The PFXT series tanks protects plumbing fixtures by controlling pressure build-up, while also eliminating relief valve spills. ProFlo expansion tanks are manufactured with high quality materials to extend the life of your water heater and hydronic system.
