Modine's VE400 electric unit heater is a fantastic heating tool that is easy to use and service. Installation costs of electric unit heaters are comparably lower than their gas or hydronic counterparts, a standard Modine extends upon by providing fully furnished terminal blocks to simplify power and control wiring. An easily accessible bottom panel makes the VE400 easy to service and maintain, and the automatic reset control ensures that the unit heater's sensitive elements remain safe and sound even during high operating temperatures.
  • Thermally Protected Motor
  • The air propulsion motor included on the VE400 is entirely enclosed and thermally protected. Rubber vibration guards and the lightweight aluminum fan give the air propulsion system of the VE400 a notably long service life.
  • Nickel Chromium Heating Element
  • The heating element of the VE400 consists of nickel-chromium wire elements enclosed in powder-filled aluminum coated steel tubes. This arrangement makes the heating element highly resistant to thermal shock and vibration.
  • Safety Fan Guard
  • The fan guard of the VE400 is formed of heavy gauge steel rod stock, providing substantial support for the motor and protection from the exposed fan.
  • Perfectly Suited for Tall Ceilings

  • Control Compartment
