The system is flexible enough to conform to a particular cooling and heating need and offers numerous different indoor unit combinations. An MXZ multi-room system is an excellent choice for supplementing capacity to a current system, conditioning newly furnished spaces, or new additions and replacing a system within a home. Homeowners can also benefit from lower energy costs year-round while staying comfortable thanks to Mitsubishi Electric's energy-efficient technologies that are a part of every system that we make.

Precision Temperature Control Technology

The outdoor condenser is equipped with inverter technology and an electronic linear expansion valve. These components improve temperature accuracy and system efficiency through precise adjustments of both compressor speed and refrigerant flow.

Advanced Filtration System

The MSZ-FS Series uses Triple-action Filtration: Nano Platinum Filter, Deodorizing Filter and Electrostatic Anti-Allergy Enzyme Filter.

3D i-see Sensor

The MSZ-FS Series 3D i-see Sensor monitors its zone for fluctuations in temperature. If it detects an underserved area, it will temporarily direct airflow to that zone. It also enters energy saving mode if no human heat signatures are detected.

Dual Barrier Coating

A special coating is applied to the heat exchanger, vanes and fan to prevent hydrophilic and hydrophobic dirt build-up.

Multiple fan speed

Quiet, Low, Medium, High, Super-high and Auto.

Hot-Start

Mitsubishi's hot start technology prevents cold drafts by delaying fan operation until the heat exchanger has warmed up.

Vane Control

Thanks to its Double Vane features it separates airflow to deliver air across a large area and can simultaneously deliver to air separate sections of a room to generate a more comfortable natural airflow pattern.

H2i Technology

H2i hyper heat performance offers 100% heating capacity at 5 degrees and 90% heating capacity at -13 degrees Fahrenheit.

Integrated Base Pan Heater

Factory-installed base pan heater in the drain pan. This prevents condensate from freezing and damaging the unit in frigid climates.

It connects your indoor units to drain locations of your choosing.Disconnect Box & Electrical Whip Kit - The Disconnect Box & Whip Kit provides a safe and simple way to connect your outdoor condenser to your fuse box.Connecting Wire - This durable, insulated wire provides power to your indoor units from your outdoor condenser.Outdoor Condenser Plastic Pad or Wall Bracket - We recommend outdoor condensers should not be placed directly on the ground. An outdoor condenser pad or wall bracket will provide a stable way to mount your condenser free from obstructions and debris.Adding these accessories to your order will provide a complete, ready-to-install mini split system. All Mini Split Systems require one Primary Mini Split Installation Kit. You may also require one or more Secondary Installation Kits if you have a Multi-Zone system. You will need a Secondary Installation Kit for each additional indoor unit.
