The LDN187HV4 is a mini split indoor unit designed for installation is short-run ducting with low static pressures. If you're looking for a low-profile alternative to wall mounted ductless heat pump systems, LG's Low-Static Concealed Duct units are a great choice.
  • Inverter Technology
  • LG's ductless heat pump systems are designed with powerful, efficient inverter technology. An electronic expansion valve and a variable speed condenser carefully regulate the refrigerant flow and reduce energy consumption.
  • Gold Fin Protection
  • To ensure the reliability and longevity of the LUU189HV4's heat exchanger, LG employs a Gold Fin coating that protects against corrosion and improves durability.
  • Quiet Design
  • The LDN187HV4 can operate at volumes as low as 23 dB thanks to its advanced fan motor. The brushless direct current motor reduces electrical and mechanical sound while providing powerful air movement.
  • Automated Operation
  • Auto operation mode continually compares your zone's current and desired temperatures and uses that data to intelligently adjust the unit's fan speed and refrigerant flow to provide optimal comfort.
  • Condensate Protection
  • Condensate overflow can damage your indoor unit and your home. An internal condensate pump with 27.5" of lift and automatic overflow shutoff protects the LDN127HV4 through reliable, effective condensate removal.
  • Sleep Mode
  • With the sleep mode and timer functions, you can set this indoor unit to save energy at night. Sleep mode will incrementally adjust temperature for an hour before the timer function automatically deactivates the unit.
  • Improved Air Quality
  • The LDN187HV4 features an anti-fungal filter to keep your air clean. This filter captures contaminants like dust and bacteria, and it is washable to ensure long term air quality.
  • Hot Start
  • When the hot start function is enabled, the LDN187HV4's fan will not engage until the outdoor condenser has had the opportunity to warm the indoor coil. This prevents the unit from blowing cold air during heating operations.
  • Dehumidify
  • LG's mini split indoor units include a dehumidifying operation mode. In this mode, the unit's internal sensors monitor temperature and modify the set point and fan speed to remove moisture from the air.

    This product requires the following accessories for installation: Line Set - This double insulated tubing transfers refrigerant efficiently between your outdoor condenser and indoor units. Drain Tubing - Drain tubing facilitates the reliable and effective removal of condensate from your system. It connects your indoor units to drain locations of your choosing. We recommend locally purchased PVC hard pipe for the condensate drain on cassette and concealed duct units. Disconnect Box & Electrical Whip Kit - The Disconnect Box & Whip Kit provides a safe and simple way to connect your outdoor condenser to your fuse box. Connecting Wire - This durable, insulated wire provides power to your indoor units from your outdoor condenser.Outdoor Condenser Plastic Pad or Wall Bracket - We recommend outdoor condensers should not be placed directly on the ground. An outdoor condenser pad or wall bracket will provide a stable way to mount your condenser free from obstructions and debris.Adding these accessories to your order will provide a complete, ready-to-install mini split system. All Mini Split Systems require one Primary Mini Split Installation Kit.
