The Koldfront WAC18001W 18,500 BTU window air conditioner can effectively cool 1000 sq. ft. and heat 700 sq. ft. The WAC18001W comes with an electronic thermostat and digital display making maintaining your ideal temperature as easy as possible. Save money with Koldfront's Energy Saving Mode. The unit will cycle the fan for 2 minutes at 10 minute intervals and will turn the compressor on if the room exceeds the desired temperature.

  • The WAC18001W serves as not only an air conditioner but a heater as well. This unit is capable of producing 18,500 BTUs of cooling as well as 16,000 BTUs of heating.
  • Easy to Use
  • You can easily change fan speeds, temperature, and program your unit by just hitting a few buttons. This interface is extremely user friendly and has lights to show you exactly what mode and fan speed you have selected.
  • Environmentally Friendly
  • The WAC18001W contains R-410A which is an eco-friendly refrigerant that contains no bromine or chlorine. This refrigerant will not harm the ozone layer like other refrigerants previously did.
  • Sleep Mode
  • Sleep mode adjusts the temperature periodically for 6 hours until returning to your desired temperature. This maximizes your energy savings by ensuring the unit is being used only when necessary.
  • Energy Saver Mode
  • The fan cycles on and off for 2 minutes in 10 minute intervals and if the temperature exceeds the set temperature the compressor will kick on and cool the room back down to your desired temperature.
  • Wireless Remote Included
  • There's no need to get up and walk across the room to change the temperature or settings. The WAC18001W comes with a wireless remote to easily switch between modes and adjust the set temperature.
