If you are looking to provide heating and cooling for an individual space, or supplement existing heating and air conditioning equipment, the LMAS mini split system is a reliable and efficient choice. This system has an array of effective operating modes that allow you to customize operations to suit your comfort. The Fujitsu LMAS is a powerful, versatile addition to any home or business.
Inverter Technology
The AOUG12LMAS1 outdoor condenser uses an inverter to drive the compressor, allowing it to match its output to the amount of heating or cooling required by a space, even as conditions change. This enables the system to maintain a more stable temperature.
Advanced Filtration
The ASUG12LMAS unit has two filters for keeping your home, or business, safe and clean. An ion deodorizing filter uses fine ceramic particles to capture and remove odors and an apple catechin filter isolates and deactivates mold, bacteria, and dust.
Timer Function
With this indoor unit, you can set a sleep timer to gradually decrease the heating or cooling output after you have gone to bed. It also supports a 24 hour timer, allowing designation of an activation and deactivation time once per day.
Dehumidify and Cool
Dry Mode demonstrates the ASUG12LMAS wall mounted unit's versatility. In addition to providing moderate cooling, dry mode also dehumidifies your zone.
Airflow Control
The airflow direction of this indoor unit may be set to swing automatically between its six vertical positions. This disperses the hot or cold air evenly across your zone, resulting in consistent and thorough heating and cooling.
Quiet Operating Mode
The ASUG12LMAS wall mounted unit may be set in a quiet operating mode. This operating mode limits airflow slightly to reduce fan noise from the unit, allowing you to enjoy supremely quiet comfort.
Economy Mode
The 12LMAS1 system features an Economy Mode restricts the unit's maximum output to decrease energy use and increase savings. This mode also increases the unit's dehumidification capabilities during cooling operations and in Dry Mode.
Power Diffuser
This wall-mounted unit has an additional vertical airflow louver known as a power diffuser that directs heated air to the floor of the room and cold air outwards to blanket the room.

This product requires the following accessories for installation:
Line Set - This double insulated tubing transfers refrigerant efficiently between your outdoor condenser and indoor unit.
Drain Tubing - Drain tubing facilitates the reliable and effective removal of condensate from your system. It connects your indoor unit to drain locations of your choosing. We recommend locally purchased PVC hard pipe for the condensate drain on cassette and concealed duct units.
Disconnect Box & Electrical Whip Kit - The Disconnect Box & Whip Kit provides a safe and simple way to connect your outdoor condenser to your fuse box.
Connecting Cable - This durable, insulated cable provides power to your indoor unit from your outdoor condenser.
Outdoor Condenser Plastic Pad or Wall Bracket - We recommend outdoor condensers should not be placed directly on the ground. An outdoor condenser pad or wall bracket will provide a stable way to mount your condenser free from obstructions and debris.
Adding these accessories to your order will provide a complete, ready-to-install mini split system. All Mini Split Systems require one Primary Mini Split Installation Kit.
