Overview for Fantech VHR 100R ES

The Fantech VHR100R ES is a 104 CFM heat recovery ventilator (HRV) with top ports defrost capabilities. The VHR100R ES is a 120-volt unit designed with 4 ports with 5" ducts. HRVs make your heating and cooling systems more efficient by transferring heat between fresh and stale air during ventilation. Its compact size makes this HRV easy to mount. The VHR100R ES Heat Recovery Ventilator (HRV) features an aluminum core, washable electrostatic filters and internal recirculation defrost.
  • Heat Recovery Core
  • An aluminum heat recovery core provides improved heat transfer capacity while taking up less space than traditional cores. Fantech designs their heat recovery cores to withstand drastic temperature variations.
  • Winter Guard™ Defrost
  • The recirculation defrost sequence automatically adjusts based on operating conditions without depressurizing your home, allowing for a smooth transition between Ventilation and Defrost mode.
  • Controls
  • An External rocker switch featuring three positions (Low/Stand By/Medium) that allows for simple control of air flow.
  • Washable Electrostatic Filters
  • Easily washable, these filters can be used throughout the life of the VHR 100R ES.
  • Easy Maintenance and Service
  • Access to all serviceable components are easily gained from the access panel.
  • Product Includes
  • (1) EZ-Mount™ Wall bracket
  • Insulated Cabinet
  • The 24 gauge galvanized steel cabinet is insulated with 1" high density expanded polystyrene. It also has a baked power coated paint for exceptional adhesion and resistance.
