Overview for Fantech FLEX 100H ES

The Fantech FLEX® 100H ES is a 104 CFM heat recovery ventilator (HRV) with top ports and recirculation defrost capabilities. The FLEX® 100H ES is a 120-volt unit designed with 4 ports and 5" ducts. It is designed for applications in single-family homes, multi-family homes, town houses and apartment buildings. HRVs make your heating and cooling systems more efficient by transferring heat between fresh and stale air during ventilation. The Fantech FLEX® is constructed with a built-in TurboTouch feature that boosts exhaust capacity up to 50%.
  • Heat Recovery Core
  • An aluminum heat recovery core provides improved heat transfer capacity while taking up less space than traditional cores. Fantech designs their heat recovery cores to withstand drastic temperature variations.
  • Winter Guard™ Defrost
  • The recirculation defrost sequence automatically adjusts based on operating conditions without depressurizing your home, allowing for a smooth transition between Ventilation and Defrost mode.
  • Controls
  • An External rocker switch featuring three positions (Low/Stand By/Medium) that allows for simple control of air flow.
  • Washable Electrostatic Filters
  • Easily washable, these filters can be used throughout the life of the FLEX® 100H ES.
  • Easy Maintenance and Service
  • An access panel on the FLEX® 100H ES allows for simple maintenance and serviceability.
  • Compact Flexible Installation
  • The compact top port design of the FLEX® 100H ES allows it to be installed in spaces as small as 24 inches. The included EZ-Mount™ wall bracket also makes the FLEX® 100H ES simple to install.
  • TurboTouch
  • With the TurboTouch feature, the FLEX® 100H ES provides up to 50% more exhaust capacity when additional airflow is required and allows the FLEX® to easily meet supplemental ventilation needs when required.
  • Insulated Cabinet
  • The 24 gauge galvanized steel cabinet is insulated with 1" high density expanded polystyrene. It also has a baked power coated paint for exceptional adhesion and resistance.
