Overview for Fantech FKD16XLEC

Featuring a galvanized steel housing, the Fantech FKD16XLEC Mixed Flow Inline Duct Fan is a direct drive, mixed flow centrifugal duct fan designed especially for supply and exhaust applications where quiet performance and easy installation are important. Inline fans are installed directly in your duct work to provide powerful ventilation. This 460 volt model can produce a maximum airflow of up to 5,136 CFM. The FKD16XLEC is constructed with a 16" round duct. Fan motors come with permanently lubricated sealed ball bearings. FKD Series Inline Fans are suitable for airstreams up to 140 degrees Fahrenheit.

  • Mixed flow centrifugal fans combine the high air flows of axial fans with the high pressure, non-overloading characteristics of backward curved impellers.
  • Prewired Fan
  • For your convenience, this fan is prewired and ready to install out of the box.
  • 100% Speed Controllable
  • On-demand ventilation and precision balancing of systems is controllable through voltage reduction. The EC fans are controlled with a 0-10VDc signal.
  • Efficient EC Motor
  • High Efficient EC motor allows for less power consumption and reduced cost all around.
  • Thermal Overload Protection
  • Thermal overload protection automatically resets the fan when temperatures get too high, avoiding potential damage to the unit due to overheating.
