The Fantech Fit120H Heat Recovery Ventilator (HRV) is a 117 CFM heat recovery ventilator with top ports and recirculation defrost capabilities. The Fit120H is a 120 volt unit designed with 4 ports with 5" ducts. It is designed for applications in town houses, condominiums, and apartment buildings. HRVs make your heating and cooling systems more efficient by transferring heat between fresh and stale air during ventilation.

  • The compact design of the Fit120H, at only 10.25" tall, allows for easy installation in small spaces without compromising performance or quality.
  • Easy Maintenance
  • You have easy access to the internal components by unlatching the 4 latches and removing the housing. This allows for proper cleaning and up keep on your HRV.
  • RadiCal Wheel Fans
  • Made out of fiberglass reinforced plastic, these fans reduce the noise levels in half and require much less power consumption.
