Providing energy efficient, value-friendly HVAC equipment for every space, Durastar creates a comfortable environment for any homeowner. Durastar mini-splits are ideal for renovations, remodels and zone-specific heating and cooling needs. This outdoor unit is a Sirius Heat™ outdoor condenser for single zone mini split applications, it supports cooling operations down to 5 degrees Fahrenheit and heating operations down to -22 degrees Fahrenheit in freezing climates.
  • Sirius Heat™ Low Ambient Operations
  • This outdoor unit supports cooling operations down to 5 degrees Fahrenheit, heating operations down to -22 degrees Fahrenheit and provides up to 100% heating capacity at 0 degrees.
  • Variable Speed Inverter Compressor
  • Durastar's energy efficient inverter technology uses an electronic expansion valve and a variable speed compressor to regulate the refrigerant flow, reducing energy consumption and allowing consistent, accurate temperatures.
  • Included Base Pan Heater
  • The outdoor unit features a defrost feature, which removes frost from the condenser coil in frigid conditions and performs reliably at lower temperatures.
  • Anti-Corrosive Fin Coating
  • Durastar condensers feature Golden Fin Coating, an anti-corrosive fin coating to ensure the longevity, reliability and prevent corrosion to improve its durability.
  • Quiet Operation
  • Both the outdoor and indoor units provide reduced electrical and mechanical sound thanks to their brushless direct current fan motors.
  • Auto Changeover
  • Set it and forget it. With Durastar's Auto Changeover feature, you can set the temperature and it will automatically switch between heating and cooling to maintain your temperature.
  • 10 Year Warranty
  • Durastar stands behind their product with a hassle-free 10 year limited parts warranty.

    This product requires a compatible Durastar mini split indoor unit and the following accessories for indoor unit installation:
    • Line Set - This double insulated tubing transfers refrigerant efficiently between your outdoor condenser and indoor units.
    • Drain Tubing - Drain tubing facilitates the reliable and effective removal of condensate from your system. It connects your indoor units to drain locations of your choosing.
    • Disconnect Box & Electrical Whip Kit - The Disconnect Box & Whip Kit provides a safe and simple way to connect your outdoor condenser to your fuse box.
    • Connecting Wire - This durable, insulated wire provides power to your indoor units from your outdoor condenser.
    • Outdoor Condenser Plastic Pad or Wall Bracket (Optional) - This pad provides an even surface, free of debris, on which to place your outdoor condenser. The bracket is a simple and sturdy way to mount your outdoor condenser off of the ground.
      • Adding these accessories to your order will provide a complete, ready-to-install mini split system.


    Durastar products include a 10-year parts warranty with the requirement that installation is completed by a licensed contractor and that the product is registered at durastar.com.
