Driven by a powerful motor delivering 250 CFM of air and built to be 99.97% efficient at removing air particles, the AMHP-250-UPP is an all-inclusive portable solution for your home. With two UVC germicidal lights and a Cinquartz Photo-Catalytic Oxidation filter, this 3-in-1 system will work to decompose organic materials in the air, breaking them down into their natural water and carbon parts. Additionally, Clean Comfort's units are designed to provide for versatile installation in duct-mounted, collar-mounted, or free-standing setups. With easy to change filters and a durable steel enclosure, the AMHP-250-UPP will keep your air fresh and healthy for years to come.

Filters and Lamps should be replaced as follows: HEPA Filter (every 2-3 years), Carbon Filter (every 3-6 months), PCO Filter (every 2 years), Carbon/Potassium Permanganate (yearly), UV Lamps (two lamps every 2 years).
