Overview for Tekmar 150

For nearly three decades, tekmar has been providing zoning and control solutions for a variety of heating and cooling applications. Products made by tekmar can improve the efficiency and comfort delivered by almost any system. The tekmar 150 Setpoint Control operates a valve, pump, or boiler and maintains a fixed water temperature in your system. It is capable of handling heating or cooling with single-stage device, whichever your home or business needs.
  • Pulse Width Modulation
  • This control may operate your equipment through an on/off output which simply activates or deactivates the device based on whether your target temperature is currently met. The tekmar 150 has the option to cycle your device with pulse width modulation.
  • Pulse width modulation output will vary the run time of your device depending on the difference between the current and desired temperatures. This limits the frequency of overshoots and undershoots, which means that your system will use less energy.
  • Intelligent Control
  • The 150 Setpoint Control monitors water temperature at a point in your system. It uses this information to determine what, if any, adjustments need to be made to deliver optimal comfort and efficiency.
