Covering 70 square feet, the SunTouch 120070WD-KIT WarmWire Radiant Floor Heating Kit is an affordable way to add comfort and warmth to your home. WarmWire kits include everything you need for a quick and simple floor warming installation including a SunStat® Command, 7-day programmable thermostat. Constructed with oxygen-free copper heating elements for flexibility and durability, the kit installs beneath and warms tile, stone, and laminate flooring. This 120 volt unit is designed with high temperature thermoplastic insulation, making it corrosion resistant. In fact, the 120070WD-KIT is so durable that it comes with a 25 year limited warranty.
