Modine's MHR100 is a cost efficient way to provide high intensity infrared heat to any garage or workplace. Able to recover from cold outdoor air drafts almost instantly, the MHR100 is well suited for workshops with outdoor workspaces. No air mover is required because infrared heat is used, which makes operation whisper quiet. Grooved Ceramic Heating Tiles
High temperature cordierite-based grooved heating tiles form the heating element of the MHR100. These specially designed heating tiles are capable of withstanding extreme temperatures to provide maximum heat transfer while maintaining clean and efficient operation.
Fast Temperature Recovery
The MHR100 heats surfaces instead of the air surrounding them, which allows for incredibly fast temperature recovery. Patrons in high traffic commercial locations will feel warmth the instant they step into the heated area.
Whisper Quiet Operation
The MHR100 does not use any forced air mechanism for air movement which allows for almost completely silent operation. This is a fantastic benefit for commercial locations where noise could distract from work being done.
Polished Aluminum Reflectors
The MHR100 comes equipped with polished aluminum reflectors, effective at directing nearly all heat generated by the infrared heater to the desired heating area. This provides even, comfortable heat transfer over a wide area.
Aluminized Steel Frame
The aluminized steel frame used with the infrared unit heater lends steadfast durability to its operation. This adds to the longevity of the heater and also allows for a wide variety of hanging configurations.
