Learn About ACWholesalers Shipping Rates

Shipping to you is no sweat for ACWholesalers. From gas furnaces to thermostats, we ship all things great and small.

Because we have such a large selection, shipping methods and prices may also vary. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

Free Shipping*

Orders over $199 are shipped FREE to anywhere in the contiguous 48 states.

If your order falls below the $199 threshold, you can calculate the shipping cost by entering your zip code at the time of checkout to see the estimated shipping cost.

Expedited Ground Shipping

Items that weigh less than 100 lbs. may be shipped via standard (ground) shipping, which means they will be shipped separately from orders containing freight (LTL) deliveries.

You may choose to expedite these ground items in your order for an additional fee if they are in stock by selecting the option in your cart. If items are not in stock, they will ship directly to you from the manufacturer and cannot be expedited.

Free Liftgate Service*

A liftgate is a hydraulic platform located in the rear of the LTL (less than truckload) trucks that carry freight-bound equipment from truck height to the ground (curbside).

Free liftgate only qualifies on products over $199.

Remote Area Surcharge

Within the contiguous United States, a few zip codes require additional services to facilitate the delivery. If you are one of the few who happens to live in a remote area, we can still ship to you. However, depending on your zip code, you may be charged a "Remote Area Surcharge" while checking out.

Shipping Methods and Price

The cost to ship items depends on shipping methods. It's best to calculate the total cost of shipping after adding all of the items you intend to purchase instead of calculating the cost to ship items individually.

There are two ways we ship products:

Standard (Ground) shipping: A common carrier that provides insurance and tracking. Shipping for additional items usually only goes up incrementally, determined by shipment weight below 100 lbs.

Freight LTL Services (Curb Side Delivery): This is reserved for large, heavy, or oversized items (over 100 pounds) such as gas furnaces, air conditioner condensers, packaged units, etc.

As these are placed onto a pallet and require a scheduled delivery and extra insurance, this shipping method is typically more expensive. Adding additional items to this method won't usually increase the cost a great deal.

Curb-Side Delivery

Products that weigh greater than 100 lbs. (and some oversized items that weigh less) will ship via semi-truck, also known as LTL. We recommend ordering "Lift Gate Service" (see below) to safely lower the product to the curb.
