Overview for Fantech 47834

With a 364 CFM maximum airflow, the Fantech Serenity Duet bathroom exhaust fan system provides powerful and reliable ventilation/lighting for baths, powder rooms, and other areas. It comes equipped for 6" ducting. The inline exhaust fan installs in a remote location far from the living area to provide quiet, reliable ventilation to protect against the damage from moisture, steam, and mold. The Serenity Duet is designed for intermittent or continuous operation to meet ASHRAE Standard 62.2.
  • Humidity Tracking
  • The Serenity Series differentiates itself from your standard bath fans by knowing what the normal relative humidity (RH) levels are. Since it knows what the RH should be, Serenity will detect high humidity and run until levels are back to normal.
  • Presence Detection
  • After detecting continuous motion for 1 minute, the Serenity bath fan will begin ventilating and continue until the room is no longer occupied. It will run for short period of time after, before turning off but is completely adjustable.
  • Continuous Ventilation
  • In continuous ventilation mode, the bath fan will run at the factory set 20 CFM to ensure continuous ventilation. The Serenity can, however, be adjusted to satisfy ASHRAE Standard 62.2 for Whole Building Ventilation.
  • Efficient Lighting
  • This unit provides sufficient lighting while using minimal power consumption.
  • UL Listed for Wet Locations
  • This fan is approved to be used safely in locations with high moisture levels, such as bathrooms and spas.
  • Reduces Pollutants and Allergens
  • The air velocity of this unit is optimized to prevent mold, mildew, and pollutants and allergens by venting excess moisture.
