Condensing Unit Details
The Goodman® SSX14 uses the environmentally friendly refrigerant R-410A and features operating sound levels that are among the best in the heating and cooling industry. R-410A is chlorine-free to help prevent damage to the ozone layer. With its 14 SEER rating, the SSX14 will help reduce energy consumption throughout the life of the system.
This unit can give you up to a 15 SEER, when matched with a variable speed furnace or variable speed air handler. A 15 SEER system will save approximately 7% - 8% more than a 14 SEER system.
Gas Furnace Details
The Goodman GKS9 92.1% AFUE Single-Stage, Multi-Speed Upflow Gas Furnace features a patented aluminized-steel tubular heat exchanger and energy-efficient Hot Surface Ignition system. This furnace is run-tested for heating or combination heating/cooling applications. With a corrosion-resistant, painted steel cabinet, this unit can be installed in a variety of locations. (Not intended for use in moblie homes)
Evaporator Coil Details
The Goodman CAPF Cased Upflow/Downflow Indoor Coils are made for split system air conditioners and heat pumps. The coil’s cabinet is painted Architectural Gray. |
