We installed a Tri-zone Grunaire 9+9+12 in a recent rebuild and we can do nothing but rave about the ease in installation and effeciency of this unit. Two day installation.

I purchased and installed this unit 2-1/2 months ago. It is the best decision I could have made. Ultra-quiet operation and perfect comfort control. I am in the air conditioning business and highly recommend this product. The only downside to this product is that the instruction book was written by someone with poor command of the english language. Some details like how the unit works in dehumidification mode are missing. You can figure it out by trying different settings. It is not that difficult. I had mine up and running with my helper in 4 hours with the line set cover installed.

unit was very easy to install, my installer was in and out, it cools and heat the area very quickly, very pleased with the unit so far, its been running for 6 months now, so far so good.
